Cyberpunk. On a hoverboard. With a grappling hook.

You ride your hoverboard down a bustling highway filled with cars traveling in both directions. Utilize your grappling hook to latch onto vehicles for speed boosts, propelling yourself forward while evading the relentless police pursuit. As you race, you'll encounter blockades set by the cops, requiring quick reflexes to jump off ramps  to avoid capture.
